Those in attendance:  Kevin Shanahan, Ricky Young, Ray Scott, Jeff Zeilmann, Paul Pini and Lisa Bone-Pini.

Dave and Buster's is a definate "yes" with a pay as you go plan.  It was decided that in the newsletter that will go out to classmates, "While it is okay if you bring your children, we do not recommend it"  Everyone will be responsible for their own children and expenses.  Dinner and Dance will be held at St Thomas-Aquinas Mercy High School due to cost.  No time was mentioned. (how about 6:30 everyone?)

The picnic will be at Forest Park. It was agreed that it should be close to the zoo and close to lavatories.  (how did you like that word?)  Ricky Young (Picnic Organizer) will secure a picnic ground in June...it has to be one year to the date.

Discussion about photgraphy took place.  It was decided we would solicite digital cameras from classmates for use to cut expenses.  It was also suggested to make sure they have insurance on them in case of accidental damages.  We also will have disposable cameras on hand for candid shots.

Lisa (Bone) Pine was tasked with the following:
1)  Contact Jeanine Costello-Somers and ask for her help as head of the deocrations committee.
2)  Contact school/caterer about liquor license.
3)  Call Eric Brown regarding a banner that was used for the 10 year reunion.
4)  Contact Lori Rey-Gage to ask if her husband could help place a few plain clothes security officers at the Dinner/Dance and picnic.
In lieu of fees, they would be able to eat and drink all they like.
5)  Calling about bulk rate postage.

All printing services (tickets, flyers, etc) will be provided by Kevin and Jeff.

A sleepover was suggested by Ricky to centrally "locate" children for parents for Friday's events.

A spouse sign up sheet will be included in questionnaire to solicite help from spouses so that classmates can get to know each other once again and give the spouses a chance to participate.

It was suggested we allow a 15-20% buffer in the price of tickets to allow for last minute incidentals and late shows.

There will be cute awards presented for longest married, most kids etc.
These will be paper awards with blue and gold ribbon.

We will speak to Josephina to see if her husband would be willing to be "on call" (voluntarily) in case of an electrical problem.

Ricky will be networking and working with others for sponsership to help cut costs of the reunion.
